Today we were supposed to have the last games of the season, as well as the end of the year parties. Given the horrid weather for the past three days, the fields were too wet to do anything other than mud wrestle, so were just partied all day.
First, we had Parker's end of the season party at our house. It was an ice cream social and it was a blast. Needless to say, six five-year old boys and a bunch of sugar makes for an interesting mix. However, we did have fun and the kids were so proud of their trophies. And, it was nice to be at home where the parents could talk and the kids could play and have fun.
Then, we headed to Cici's for Greyson's party. The kids were allowed to indulge in pizza after their sugar-free ice cream (yes it was a diet buster day in the Mann household) and Greyson was given his trophy. He was also awarded best hitter which is pretty cool.
Now we are home trying to relax after a busy day. We can't wait for spring ball and the fun it will bring. Until then, bring on Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!!

What fun for Greyson....kids sports are so much fun. Paiyton starts a gain soon. I love the holidays (when my hubby is with us better) but, they are the best times and memories. So makes lots this holiday season Mann family!
What a FUN FUN FUN day!!! Greyson will be chomping at the bit to get back into spring season! He's undoubtedly going to be our very own "major leaquer"! :) I'm SO proud of him for getting the "best hitter!" Alexander reminds me EVERY DAY when we are in the backyard praciticing..."Mommy, Greyson does it like this...Greyson does it like that...Mommy you don't play as good as Greyson!!" :) I'm sure glad that someone knows what a triple is!! he he! :)
