Yesterday was another lazy day. First thing I did was put my hair back, throw on some flip flops, and hop in the car to head to Krispy Kreme. I had promised the boys donuts the night before, and Greyson made sure he was awake at 7 just to remind me!
We then spent the rest of the morning playing at the house. The boys are really into Transformers, and yesterday just happened to be one of those days that they were playing well together. You know, no hitting or kicking or any of that brother stuff.
Around noon we headed out to Ron's for some hot dogs and onion rings. We sat on the bar stools and scarfed down the less-than-healthy but oh-so-yummy food. Then we were off to the park. Greyson spent his time climbing a gigantic rock and playing on the monkey bars, while Parker enjoyed the swing. Afterwards, we headed home for some down time followed by dinner out with Grandaddy and Grandma. What a great day!

Any day that starts with Krispy Kreme...well, how can it be bad?!? And I about died seeing Parker up on that rock - with his cast!!! It certainly hasn't slowed him down yet!
Oh Natalie! You are making us all hungry for those donuts!! What a perfect day, for sure!!!
We love Fun Forest!! Bradley loves the big rock and of course me and my height issues freak out and every part of me sweats when he's up there and it's not even that high Glad you had a great time!!
Sounds like a day sent from above! Glad you enjoyed such a fun family day. And climbing a rock with a cast: Your boys are tough! Hugs to both of them!
I'm right there with Katy-any day that begins with a "Hot Now" KK donut is a day in heaven. That's why the rest of the day went so well and the boys got along so great!! Glad the whole family could kick back with a pony-tail and flip-flop kinda day!!
